PureHoney Magazine was started by Steven Rullman to share music that he believes in. Two years ago, the monthly magazine began publishing articles and event notices both online and in print, and they’re still going strong.
For those of you living under a rock, each issue PureHoney Magazine publishes articles by several top local contributors, including a monthly feature from one of our own Tropicult contributors. Plus, each issue has an original fold out poster in the center of the magazine, usually by a up and coming local artist.
PureHoney Magazine is an avid local music supporter and along with each issue also publishes a playlist via a SoundCloud playlist (below) and offers free songs for download to help bands reach out and to please fans on a regular basis.

It’s been five months since they went full color and shortly after revamped their website. You can check out PureHoney’s Two Year Anniversary Issue either online (below) or pick it up at any place that distributes the physical zine.
