♪ Musical Highlights
2010 was the year they opened their Editainment label, well, because of a bunch of awesome bootleg disco edits they wanted to release
They are more of a live act these days than DJs (they actually say they miss it)
Their debut album, Through the Green, is on the Running Back label and is chock-full of tracks that are essentially built from just the right disco and funk loops and edits mixed with melodies and rhythms
They cite Evelyn Champagne King, early Janet Jackson, Alexander O’Neal, anything Prince-related, and André Cymone as musical influences
