Woman to Woman: Furthering its mission of nurturing local artists, the Bakehouse Art Complex (BAC) will showcase the work of 10 of the most widely recognized women artists in Miami. Taking cues from recent museum exhibits spotlighting the achievements of often under-recognized women artists in the 20th Century, The Bakehouse Art Complex is proud to present “Woman to Woman,” timed to coincide with Art Basel Miami Beach 2011. This ground-breaking exhibit is organized by the BAC in order to present a unique perspective on ten exceptionally talented women artists working in Miami.
