ORNARE, the premier Brazilian luxury closet, kitchen, bath and interior systems brand, hosts The Art of Fashion Film’s Panel and Reception. The Art of Fashion Film is part of the Fashion in Film Festival – a three-day festival from London in Miami for its first year, presented by MDC’s Miami Film Festival and Miami Design District. The reception and panel will follow a program of shorts held at The Paradise Plaza, featuring a panel discussion with speakers including film director Vitoria de Mello Franco; Cinema and Media Studies Professor and author Tom Gunning; and art historian Marketa Uhlirova, chaired by Christian Larsen, Associate Curator, Modern and Contemporary, at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. The panel discussion will take place at ORNARE, a two minute walk from the screening, and will be followed by a reception hosted by ORNARE. This event continues ORNARE’s tradition to support the local community and arts organizations.
