Join the Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami and Cartier in celebrating the museum’s first year in the Design District with THE 365 PARTY — a night of dancing, experimental music, and a blow-out block party!

For this year’s 365 PARTY, ICA and Cartier present the Miami debut of BODY/HEAD, an experimental electric guitar duo featuring Kim Gordon and Bill Nace. Kim Gordon is a musician, visual artist, writer and designer who rose to prominence as cofounder of the seminal alternative rock band Sonic Youth. She is a frequent contributor to Artforum and exhibiting artist represented by 303 Gallery in New York City. In 2015, Gordon released her memoir, Girl in a Band, on HarperCollins. Bill Nace is an avant-garde musician who has collaborated with Chris Corsano as Vampire Belt, Jessica Rylan, Paul Flaherty, and Thurston Moore among others.

DJs Holy Ghost! (synth-pop duo from Brooklyn, NY) will keep the neighborhood dancing to a slick selection of electronic dance gems throughout the night.

THE 365 PARTY is generously sponsored by Cartier. Catering and refreshments for guests are provided by The Genuine Kitchen.

All proceeds from the 365 Party support ICA’s mission to provide an international platform for the work of established and emerging artists, and advance the public appreciation and understanding of the most innovative and experimental art of our time. ICA public programs and exhibitions are free and open to the public throughout the year.
