Smart City Startups

April 23 - April 23 2015

2:00 PM-8:00 PM

The Smart City Startups Festival is a unique opportunity to see, try and ride the very best emerging technologies from 100 of today’s leading startups that are re-imagining cities. You can meet their creators, too.

You can hear about the future of cities from award-winning sci-fi author and researcher, Ramez Naam, who Wired has described as “Scary Good”. And CNNMoney’s Aimee Rawlins will discuss the changing meaning of “location, location, location” in the face of massive changes in mobility technologies.

We’ll also ask for your opinion to help us select 3 startups to bring to South Florida to take on challenges in areas like mobility, economic development and climate change.

Smart City Startups is made possible with support from Knight Foundation, Direct Energy, The National League of Cities, Max Borges Agency, Cognicity and Urban.Us. With their support, we are able to invite the very best Urbantech startups to Miami.

We hope you will join us. More details at register.smartcitystartups.com/smart.
