Bringing people and art together, the River Of Art is an interesting evening of networking featuring an art show, live music and performances, delicious cuisine tastings and refreshing beverages. The River Of Art is a monthly gathering place of Miami’s good people, innovators, creators, entrepreneurs, changemakers, activists, and artists. Join us on June 23rd to experience the artistic renaissance happening in Opa-locka!

Each month, Life Is Art invites the community to come together at our River Of Art pop-up art-in-public-places show to socialize through the power of the arts with the goal of exposing new artists, introducing new people to art appreciation, providing an inspiring space to make new connections, showcasing local businesses and charities, while providing a fun break during the work week.

This month is particularly special as we take it out to an underserved community. We hope to bring more people out to this corner of the county to see the amazing work being done by the Opa-locka CDC in utilizing art as a redevelopment tool. We also hope to provide a fun cultural event for the locals.

Art is an inspiring talking point, discussing it is a great way to break the ice. Culture is one of the primary elements that builds community and hosting a business networker within an art show is a unique way to encourage socializing, so attendees are encouraged to bring plenty of business cards and an open mind.
