Pallets in the Park: Mother Earth Luv

Enjoy an afternoon of local produce, food craft, artisan wares and talent! We will be celebrating our Mother Earth Luv Edition of Pallets in the Park. Spend your daylight Saturday hours eating well while soaking up good homegrown vibes and sounds amongst the lush greenery of Legion Park.

Also play “Swamped! An Everglades Watershed Adventure” with the games creator, Rebecca Wood! “Swamped” is an educational board game in which you become a drop of water that travels through the Everglades, beginning in Lake Okeechobee, and ending in the Gulf of Mexico. Experience everything that might happen to a drop of water in six different ecosystems. “Swamped!” is a fun, interactive way to learn about the Everglades. By becoming a drop of water, players get to experience firsthand the excitement, magic, and difficulties of flowing through the Glades/South Florida. We’ll have tables setup near the stage and market to learn and play. You can reserve a full game experience (please come ready to play if you RSVP or you can dip in to explore an open board without a reservation). For more information, please visit www.evergladesgame.wixsite.com/swamped.
