Mother’s May Wellness is a series that offers a variety of events and activities catered to moms in celebration of Mother’s Day. Skip the gym and learn to burn those extra calories in 30 minutes or less! This 30-minute workout session will be complemented with a 30-minute workshop where real moms will show how to prepare healthy and quick snacks!
