Fresh American Bistro, the newest dining experience in Sunny Isles Beach, announces the launch of its new brunch series, “Let’s brunch!” The menu, curated by brunch legend, Executive Chef Philippe Ruiz alongside Chef de Cuisine Diego Martinez, features Contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and can be enjoyed in the sleek, yet intimate dining room or on the restaurants wrap around outdoor terrace, overlooking breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The $45 brunch offerings will be available on Sundays and includes a wide variety of delicious options.

Chef Philippe Ruiz has designed a buffet style brunch that features only the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients. In addition to beloved brunch staples such as Belgian Waffles and Eggs Benedict, guests will find offerings that are both innovative and familiar such as Mediterranean Grilled Chicken with Tarragon and Capers, Oysters with homemade mignonette and cocktail sauce, Spicy Lamb Sausage, and Citrus poached Atlantic Salmon. Other menu items include seasonal Caviar, cracked pepper skirt steak, silver dollar pancakes, stone crab, seasonal and dessert offerings and more.

Guests will also have the opportunity to enhance their brunch experience by choosing from a vast array of garnishes and spices to design their perfect brunch cocktail with F.A.B.’s side table Bloody Mary bar or free-flow Mimosas for just $20.

Fresh American Bistro will serve brunch every Sunday from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. The restaurant accommodates 200 guests in the main dining room and up to 30 guests in the outdoor terrace. Reservations may be secured by calling (305) 923.9305
