Flute & Piano Recital featuring Jasmine Choi

“LiVE” Connecting the World Through Music

Join classical music enthusiasts for a piano and flute recital by “The Goddess of the Flute,” Jasmine Choi. Offered as part of the groundbreaking program, “LiVE,” Connecting the World Through Music, the performance will be free to the public and live streamed via www.livemusicworld.org for worldwide access.

The program is presented by The SaludArte Foundation, an organization that promotes the development of artistic, educational and social integration programs through the visual and performing arts; Mercantil Commercebank, one of the largest banks headquartered in Florida; and Brilla Capital, a private equity and asset and property management firm focused on the hospitality sector in Latin America. A fine collection of classical music displays, all performances are offered in collaboration with the New World Symphony, America’s Orchestral Academy (NWS) and HELLO STAGE, the largest online community for classical music professionals.

Nominated by Symphony as one of “America’s Emerging Artists,” Jasmine Choi is one of the most celebrated flutists of our generation. She has been critically acclaimed on international stages for her rich tone, technical brilliance, superb musicianship, and charismatic stage presence since an early age. After having served as principal flute of the Vienna Symphony and associate principal flute of the Cincinnati Symphony, Choi is now a full-time soloist.

The “LiVE” series, which began in October, will conclude with a piano duo recital by Ferhan and Ferzan Önder on May 11.
