Panelists include: South Florida Water Management District Chairman of the Governing Board Chauncey Goss; Department of Environmental Protection Secretary Noah Valenstein; Captains for Clean Water Co-Founder & Program Director Chris Whittman; Local 10 Reporter Glenna Milberg; Maverick Boat Group President Scott Deal; and Encounters in Excellence Co-Founder and Filmmaker Richard Kern.
