West African Soukous featuring Nkumu Katalay and the Life Long Project Band

Nkumu Katalay is an artist and orator born in Kinshasa, the capital city of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and now living in New York City. For the past two decades, he has worked as an ensemble musician, choreographer, dancer, and speaker. Katalay’s “Life Long Project,” is a Congolese-style soukous band.
