The Ritz – Carlton, South Beach will be hosting the Culinary Experience to benefit The Hospitality Relief Fund featuring Chef Brad Kilgore, Chef Antonio Bachour, and Executive Chef Antonio LePape to benefit the SOBEWFF® & FIU Chaplin School Hospitality Industry Relief Fund on Saturday, February 20 at 6:30 p.m.
Taking place at the Ritz-Carlton, South Beach’s signature restaurant, Fuego y Mar, this collaborative experience marks the first time Chef Brad Kilgore and Chef Antonio Bachour will be working together in over a decade.
The ticketed dinner will run for $350 per person with a pre-fixed menu consisting of the following:

Caviar, Local Clam Emulsion, Buttermilk, Nori Salt
Foie gras black truffle arancini
