Café Prima Pasta is setting the mood this Valentine’s Day starting with sunset seating at 5 p.m., followed by a prix fixe menu priced at $59 per person for seating starting at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14th. The evening menu includes a three-course dinner composed of the restaurant’s most desirable dishes and a complimentary Bellini cocktail upon arrival.

Couples are treated to a hearty menu starting with a choice of Arugula Salad with Figs and Speck; Carpaccio di Manzo, slices of filet mignon with olive oil, lemon and parmesan; or Mozzarella di Buffala with Heirloom Tomatoes, imported buffalo mozzarella layered between thick slices of heirloom tomatoes and basil. Make a move on the main dish with a choice of Black and Red Papardella with lobster tail, shrimps and green peas in a saffron sauce; Fiocchi Rapera stuffed with cheese and pears alongside a creamy truffle sauce; Rigattoni with roasted tomatoes, portobello and veggies covered in a pomodoro sauce; Chilean Sea Bass Oreganata, fire-grilled sea bass in an orange, tarragon glaze; or Risotto with Short Ribs topped with fresh mozzarella and spinach. Finish the night on a sweet note and treat your date to a delightful choice between Chocolate Mousse Cake, Cheesecake, Tiramisu or Dulce de Leche Tartuffo for a decadent finish.
