The Russian government incarcerated members of the band Pussy Riot, for performing an anti-Putin song in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow.

They’ve been in jail since March and may face up to 7 years in prison.
Currently on a hunger strike, these ladies are expected to be held UNTIL JANUARY 2013.
