WHAT: Winn-Dixie, in partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, invites the community to cheer on aspiring chefs during the annual Carnaval Miami Winn-Dixie Cooking Contest, one of the most popular food competitions in South Florida. Culinary aficionados in three categories, Miami-Dade County middle/high school students, vocational students and general public, will have the opportunity to showcase their creativity for a panel of celebrity judges for the opportunity to win variety of cash prizes, as well as the title of Carnaval Miami Winn-Dixie Cooking Contest Winner.
