What To Do With Your Thanksgiving Leftovers Cooking Class

Ortanique on the Mile will be hosting a special Thanksgiving leftovers themed cooking class on Saturday, November 29.
Guests will have a chance to play chef as they learn how to prepare Cindy’s Thanksgiving dishes: Sweet Potato Bisque with marshmallow crema and candied pecans; Turkey a la King Papperadelle with sweet peas, carrots, sweet potato and button mushrooms; and Snicker Doodle Cookies with apple pie ice cream. Each course will be complemented with champagne or wine.
The class is limited to 24 people and the cost is $108 per person.
