We Wednesday: Blocks Measure Up
Wednesday, February 12 2020
10:30 AM-11:15 AM
Join us for the next series of We Wednesdays, a new program designed for our littlest learners! Help enhance your child’s development with hands-on science activities that engage their senses and promote science learning through play in a safe and educational environment. Little ones will have the opportunity to explore the world around them while also developing their cognitive, motor, and social skills for a healthy brain and body.
February: Blocks Measure Up
Build up your little ones science foundation with blocks! Become an engineer with sessions introducing mathematical and physical science concepts while engaging with blocks as alternative tools to develop measuring skills. Little ones will investigate the length and height of objects and even compare their own height versus other fellow little engineers. Then they will discover how changing variables in a design, such as the height of a ramp, changes how fast a toy car can travel with their own block speedway.
