Beirut, formed in 2006, is an American folk pop band fronted by founder and brainchild Zach Condon of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Beirut blends indie rock with world music, especially Eastern European Gypsy sounds. Something of a musical prodigy, multi-instrumentalist Zach Condon began making one-man D.I.Y. bedroom recordings in his early teens. Opting out of high school, Condon traveled through Europe at 16, immersed in Balkan folk and Gypsy music at the heart of his landmark Gulag Orkestar. When Beirut perform live, their line up consists of Condon himself on trumpet, flugelhorn and ukelele, and then a band including accordion, cello, drums, melodica, electric bass, double bass, trombone, sousaphone and glockenspiel. Beirut’s most recent album, No No No was released in September of 2015. This is is much anticipated Miami debut.

Troker, from Guadalajara Mexico’s heavy underground jazz scene, careens between the sublime and the dangerous. The six-piece group merges metal riffages with powerhouse funk drumming and DJ scratching, jazz horn lines and a heavy dose of mariachi. Troker was the first band ever to play twice, in consecutive years, at the West Holts Stage at the legendary Glastonbury Festival in England. Last year, they were both SXSW and WOMEX official showcasing artists.
