The final installation of the 2016 monthly Wine & Dine series will pair award-winning cuisine of the Matador Room with exclusive wines from Twomey Cellars by Silver Oak on Thursday, November 3, in  Jean-Georges’ iconic round oval dining room. Jeremy Ford, Top Chef winner and Executive Chef of Restaurants at The Miami Beach EDITION, will host the dinner with Twomey Cellars winemaker Erin Miller. The dinner will feature a customized five-course menu, following hors d’oeuvres at the Matador Bar welcome reception. Seating is limited to 35 guests, therefore guests are encouraged to reserve their spots in advance.
