The Confidante hotel, located in mid-beach, invites locals and its hotel guests to maintain their beach-bods with the second installment of the RIDE ‘OM fitness series on Saturday, August 13th from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The weekly fitness series, which will take place every Saturday in August, will get participants’ adrenaline racing with a 30-minute Aqua Cycle class in the hotel’s South pool, plus a soul-centering 30 minutes of gentle Beach Yoga.
