Head to the SKY YARD rooftop at The Lincoln Eatery on May 25th at 6:00 p.m. for Tantra Tuesday to join spiritual wellness guides Deva Presence and Mahala Nirvano from Glassbox Ironside for an evening of connection between the mind, body, and spirit.

Tantra is a transformative practice rooted in traditional yoga methods to help increase one’s physical and spiritual awareness. The word “Tantra” is derived from the ancient Sanskrit and means “to weave energy.”

Tantra Tuesdays will focus on tapping into an enlightened state of mind through acts of meditation, breathwork, dance and community. Although Tantra has been used for strengthening intimacy and sensuality, this class will be a purely platonic practice.

There is no previous experience required to participate.

This event is in partnership with Plant Theory Creative Cuisine, which will be offering tasty, nutritious meals that are 100% vegan, organic, and gluten-free with keto options. Make every bite count with raw food specialties, indulge in some freshly baked sweet treats, or cool off with their line of CBD-infused beverages.

The Lincoln Eatery food hall is located adjacent to Lincoln Road, and is full of dining options for anyone’s preferences and palates with 16 different fast-casual options that make any mealtime a culinary adventure. Highlights include Cilantro 27 Ceviche Bar, TYO Sushi, and Simply Good Pizza.
