Enjoy a live music and contemporary dance adaptation around Lydia Okumura’s work in display at Ideobox Artspace, located at 2417 N. Miami Ave., Miami FL 33127. Synergy is a dance performance based on cooperation between artist of different abilities and artistic languages, musicians and dancers interpret and improvise actions on stage. The language of the dance and choreography combine postmodern concepts with free and eclectic choices of every day movements, contrasted with formal and abstract sections and with the personal and expressive fragments unique to each performer.

Presented by The SaludArte Foundation, an organization that promotes the development of artistic, educational and social integration programs through the visual and performing arts, Mercantil Commercebank, one of the largest banks headquartered in Florida, and AirEuropa, the collection of performances is offered in collaboration with the New World Symphony, America’s Orchestral Academy (NWS) and HELLO STAGE, the largest online community for classical music professionals.
