STORYCODE MIAMI RETURNS ON AUGUST 26TH!
The third installment of 2015, StoryCode celebrates artists creating immersive media projects in Miami.

StoryCode is a platform for emerging and established cross-platform and immersive storytellers to share their work. At each event, South Florida creatives present their immersive and multi-platform projects, and discuss their interactive experiences, challenges, solutions and their future.

MEET THE STORYCODE PRESENTERS:

DAN GRETCH- Dan Grech is a storytelling specialist who has spent the past twenty years working across media to craft memorable, entertaining, immersive stories. He has worked as an award-winning print, radio and digital journalist, a digital marketer and a university educator. He is a graduate of Princeton and has an MFA from FIU in Creative Nonfiction. Dan lives with his wife and daughter in Miami Beach, where he performs in an improv comedy troupe, is co-founder of Hacks Hackers Miami (a MeetUp group for journalists and technologists), and is the vice chair of the Dean’s Advisory Board at FIU’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

LARRY ROSENTHAL- LarryR/Cube3 has over two decades of experience as a leader in the area of virtual worlds , transmedia creation, social games, online 3D, and Design for both entertainment and corporate media uses. Over the years LarryR/Cube3 has worked with both media content makers and tool makers creating products, properties and services and then forming communities and ecosystems around them. Clients and Licensor’s of his original media content and designs include, Sony, CBS, AOL, Fox, Showtime, DC Comics, Ubisoft, Paramount and ABC.
