Join us at the 4th Annual Slow Food Miami “Snail of Approval” Party to recognize Miami’s chefs, restaurants, and artisans who elevate the quality and sustainability of the culinary scene through their steadfast commitment to local sourcing and community partnerships. Help us to recognize the chefs and artisans, taste their creations, and meet the farmers behind the scenes who make it all possible. Eat, drink, be merry- and raise funds to increase and improve Slow Foods granted school gardens throughout Miami.
Guests are invited to savor bites from an incredible line-up of Miami’s farm-to-table best, including current 2015 Snail winners & past Snail party crowd-pleasers such as: Aaron Brooks at Edge Steak & Bar, Julie Ellard Frans of Essensia at the Palms, Todd Erickson and Haven Lounge, Kris Wessel of Oolite, Zak the Baker, Conor Hanlon of The Dutch, Allen Susser with Books and Books at the Arscht Center, Michael Schwartz Harry’s Pizzaria, Matthew Sherman jugofresh, Paula DaSilva at 3030 Ocean, Chef Adrianne’s, Chef Aaron of David Schwadron Catering, Amber AntonelliThe Naked Bite, Lido Restaurant at The Standard Hotel, LoKal plus their newest venture KUSH, Proper Sausages, Blackbird, Khong River House, and more. This year will also include a dynamic through showcasing of local farms, such as Three Sisters and Verde Gardens, and garden-makers, Ready to Ready-to-Grow Gardens.
