Primrose Celebrates Mother’s Day with New Brunch And Complimentary Cocktails
WHAT: Being a mom is a thankless job, and South Beach’s new culinary gem, Primrose, celebrates Mother’s Day with a special prix fixe brunch menu at $45 per adult and $12 per child, $10 per person for bottomless Mimosas and a complimentary “PrimroseCocktail”for moms. Characterized by a fusion of Far East Fare, traditional American gastronomies and French cooking techniques, the restaurant provides moms and her loved ones with an intimate South Beach dining experience, rich Art Deco history and blend of international flavors.
Rise and shine with appetizer selections including Goat Cheese Truffles, served over an herb salad, beets and topped with hazelnut butter; Pain Perdu & Foie Gras; a luxury French Toast concoction topped with mango and cognac vanilla syrup; Poached Egg & French Bayonne Ham, served with white asparagus and a toasted brioche; or Shrimp Remoulade paired with cured tomato, pickled okra and mustard seed oil.
Hearty entrée selections include Roasted Spring Lamb, served with fava bean, artichoke and Sauce Verte; Pan Roasted Yellowtail Snapper, topped with Ratatouille and lemon emulsion; Chimichurri Crusted Porkloin, paired with Swiss chard, spiced plantains and Aji pepper coulis; Tea Brined Chicken served on wilted spring greens, Kabocha squash and Honey-Lavender Jus; or Lobster & Parisian Gnocchi, paired with mushroom, asparagus and sherry lobster broth.
Treat the kids to a tasty feast with options including Silver Dollar Pancakes, served with strawberries and maple syrup; Scrambled Eggs & Cheese, served with bacon and primrose potatoes; Fish and Chips, a hearty red snapper served with fries and tartar; or a classic Chicken Tender and Waffle topped with honey mustard.
Save room for decadent dessert options including Lemon Curd Tart, served with blueberry compote; Strawberries & Cookies paired with a warm Ganache; or Banana Beignet topped with Rhubarb Jam.
Helmed by Regional Executive Chef Evan Percoco, Primrose creates a new restaurant experience for patrons in an intimate setting, capturing the alluring and eclectic spirit of South Beach that has resonated with visitors for years. With just under 60 seats, Primrose offers a personalized culinary experience in the main dining room, space by the sparkling pool and seats on the al fresco patio to relish in Miami’s eclectic life.
