Park Avenue’s charming boutique hotel, Vintro Hotel + Kitchen, is serving a Father’s Day Brunch Buffet at $65 per person, with all the fixings to pamper the special men in our lives.
Dad and his loved ones can indulge in a brunch buffet that includes La Caja China (roasted pig), breakfast meats, such as beer marinated flank steak and skirt steak, roasted potatoes, scrambled eggs, Tortilla Española, a “Jewels of the Sea” raw bar, grilled lamb, pork or chicken, fire-grilled corn, pistachio and honey glazed Brussels sprouts, local fruits and berries and classic morning pastries. A-la-carte menu items include a made-to-order omelet and Vintro eggs benedict cooked with bacon Hollandaise.
The $65 brunch includes bottomless sangria, champagne or craft beer. Live acoustic music will accompany al fresco dining on the patio overlooking Collins Canal. The buffet will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
