The Overtown Music and Arts Festival returns Saturday, July 15, 2017 to the historic business district. The Annual Festival promises to promote economic development, community enrichment and bring excitement to Overtown. The festival is produced by Headliner Market Group in partnership with the Southeast Overtown Park West CRA and Chairman Keon Hardemon.
