Join Newt Miami: Experiments in Light, Color & Sound, for the grand unveiling of the InterContinental building reimagined as a canvas for interactive animation and music. Inspired by Sir Isaac Newton’s ideas correlating color and sound, the launch party will start at Tina Hills Pavilion in Bayfront Park with a commissioned performance by 21st century orchestra Nu Deco Ensemble, followed by a cocktail reception crafted by Bombay Sapphire at the InterContinental Miami hotel. NEWT week, November 10 – 15, also includes a series of free art talks, yoga in the park and specials events at MDC Museum of Art + Design and National YoungArts.
