New Year’s Eve celebration at Fresh American Bistro (F.A.B.) will be one event chock full of surprises to welcome 2016 in style.
Fresh American Bistro’s Chef Philippe Ruiz has created celebratory New Year’s Eve menus perfect for ushering in the New Year. The creative, three or four-course menus include highlights such as Scottish Smoked Salmon Baluchon, Braised Halibut Filet, Crusted Lamb Loin; and Foie Gras Terrine. For dessert guests can delve into a Crisp Chocolate Mikado or a Raspberry Macaroon. F.A.B. will host two seatings each including a complimentary champagne toast and party favors. The first, $125 per person, seating is available from 6 PM to 7:30 PM and features a three-course pre-fixe menu with special surprise performances. The second, $195 per person, seating offers a four-course menu from 8 PM to 12AM and features live performances from some of Miami’s most popular female impersonators. Once the clock strikes midnight guests are invited to stay and dance the night away to the tunes by DJ Mark Gorbulew.
