In recognition of National Ceviche Day, SuViche Restaurant is inviting their guests to get saucy with unlimited ceviche.

The restaurant will be offering $18 Bottomless small Ceviche’s all day in honor of the holiday.

Ceviche lovers can celebrate by choosing from any of the restaurant’s seven varieties including:

* Ceviche Natural- The Signature SuViche Peruvian Sauce at its finest. Pure and simple.
* Ceviche de Aji Amarillo – A SuViche Peruvian Sauce blends perfectly with house made aji amarillo paste to create a spectacular display of color and explosion of flavors.
* Ceviche SuVama – A special blend of SuViche and Aji Amarillo sauces, it’s a common favorite, flavorful and rich, this one fires on all the right cylinders.
* SuViche Ceviche – A twist on the Peruvian “acevichada”, SuViche flavors theirs with Japanese spices; this rich sauce is a staple.
* Chifa – A fusion of sweet and sour based from SuViche Peruvian Sauce, enhanced with teriyaki, pickled ginger, chopped avocado and sliced onion, then topped with fried wonton crisps.
* Mexicano – Flavored with diced onions, tomatoes, and avocado – a bit of Mexican flare goes a long way paired with our Suviche Peruvian Sauce.
* Rocoto – The rococo pepper is a staple to Peruvian cuisine. SuViche has perfected their take on it. Garnished with crispy onions, this twist on a traditional favorite will not disappoint.

In addition to unlimited ceviche, the restaurant will partner with Guitars Over Guns, a nonprofit organization that provides arts-based mentoring programs. Guitars Over Guns musicians will perform at the Wynwood location from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Guitars Over Guns team members will be available at all locations to talk with guests about their organization. Guests who sign up as a monthly donor for the organization will receive a $20 SuViche gift card as a ‘thanks’ for their support.

While enjoying the bottomless ceviche specials guests can take advantage of Happy Hour specials from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and pair the dish with their drink of choice. Happy Hour specials feature $4 beer, wine and sake, and $5 “hard stuff” at the Las Olas and Wynwood locations.

Ceviche has long been a source of pride and even national identity in Peru. It even prompted the Peruvian government to recognize ceviche as part of Peru’s national heritage and in 2008, Peru’s Ministry of Production further honored the traditional dish by creating Día Nacional del Ceviche (National Ceviche Day), to be held each year on June 28th.
