About TJ Palmieri:
Madrina’s owner/operator TJ Palmieri is a Miami native with over 16 years experience in some of Florida’s best bars and restaurants. Success in competitions and stints at Dragonfly, Yardbird and the notorious 2nd Street Speakeasy cemented his standing within the bar community. Last fall Palmieri became only the third American to compete in Cuba at El Floridita’s “King of the Daiquiri” competition after the late, great John Lermayer and New Orleans legend Nick Detrich.
