Il Mulino New York at Acqualina Resort & Spa will host an exquisite three-course dinner during the 11th Annual Sunny Isles Beach Jazz Fest on Friday, November 16th from 8 to 11 p.m. for $75 per person. The “A Moment in Time” dinner will be accompanied by a live performance by Verdecia Project, a local Cuban band that encompasses a variety of musical styles including jazz, bossa nova, salsa, merengue, boleros and more.

For the first course, guests can choose from Fresh Burrata, served with watermelon and mint; Grilled Octopus, with orange and fennel; or Short Rib Ravioli, with sage and butter. The main entrée selections include Risotto Cacio e Pepe, creamy risotto with cheese and pepper; Salmone alla Griglia, salmon served with porcini mushrooms sautéed in light garlic and olive oil over asparagus; or Grilled Filet Mignon, a XYZ ounce filet mignon in a Barolo sauce with homemade mashed potatoes. For dessert, patrons can indulge in a sample plate featuring a trio of the restaurant’s signature desserts including Tiramisu, Italian Cheesecake and Flourless Chocolate Cake.
