GOGO MOAD: Pop Up Kids Programs at MDC MOAD

Kids ages 6-12 are invited to learn about the New World Mural and the Miami Artisans, a group of artists who restored the mural to its current state. Kids will have the opportunity to create their own New World Mural and other special projects while parents and visitors are encouraged to explore the exhibitions and Freedom Tower.

GO GO MOAD! is the Museum’s new and unique “pop up” kids education program that will be housed at the Museum with the ability to travel to underserved populations and communities. The program is an integral and essential yearlong educational outreach and cultural program providing engagement opportunities between the community and museum fostering enriching experiences through visual arts. All GO GO MOAD! Programs are free to the public and/or educational center, host community or agency.
