Peacock Public Relations, a full-service public relations, marketing and event company based in Miami, Florida, will celebrate the launch of their monthly Full Moon Glow-UP Event Series this month. The inaugural event will be hosted by GQ and Maxim Model Carissa Rosario and it will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Coral Gables Museum’s outdoor terrace (located at 285 Aragon Avenue, Coral Gables, FL. 33134).

Every month, the full moon emits a powerful energy. Since the effects are typically felt up to two weeks after the full moon phase, it’s the perfect opportunity to align the mind, body and spirit. Guests will check in at 6:00 p.m. while enjoying beats by Mahtayo and complimentary drinks by Barcelo Rum. The Full Moon “Glow-Up” Event Series features a one-hour class of yoga (starting at 6:30 p.m.) followed by a 30-minute beauty and retail intermission (participating sponsors include Be Rad Cosmetics, Athleta and Glamsquad). Lululemon will lend yoga mats to participants. To explain the full moon’s celestial functions and its powerful energy, the final portion of the event (starting at 8:00 p.m.) will feature a 30-minute astrology talk by Valeria Mesa, a Clairvoyant Astrologer and Cosmic Journalist. Mesa has been studying astrology since the age of thirteen and she currently writes for Elite Daily, Betches, The Mujerista and Love by Luna.
