The inaugural event features Yarden Wines from Israel
Sunny Isle’s Fresh American Bistro, noted for its exciting takes on classic American cuisine and stunning oceanfront view, is introducing a Wine Pairing Dinner Sessions, on February 25, 2016.
Envisioned as a bi-monthly celebration of international wines, guests can treat themselves to the highest quality menu created by F.A.B.’s Michelin-starred, executive chef Phillip Ruiz that uses selected wines not only as pairing but also as an ingredient. The kick off session will feature Yarden from Israel. The menu offers Salat avocado and falafel, Seared Sea bream filet and Stuffed Tomato with Minty ground Lamb. For dessert chef Ruiz suggests Halvah Parfait and fresh fruit salad. A representative of Yarden Wines vineyards will be on hand to introduce the wines and to speak about their particular profile.
F.A.B.s’ Wine Pairing Session will begin at 7:30 PM within the restaurant’s elegant bar and lounge. F.A.B is located at The Sole on the Ocean Hotel, 17315 Collins Ave. Sunny Isles Beach, FL. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner nightly and offers a spectacular brunch every Sunday.
