Fooq’s & Friends Presents ‘Bastille Day,’ with Guest Chef William Crandall of Izzy’s

This Thursday, July 14th, Fooq’s and Friends celebrates Bastille Day with a 5-course dinner, inspired by the French classics. Guest chef of the evening, William Crandall of Izzy’s Fish & Oyster, joins Fooqs’ own Bryan Rojas, as the duo honor French National Independence Day, with dishes that ignite the flavors of traditional French cuisine. For this very special dinner, Chef William Crandall will showcase his classical French training from his days at Azul and Alinea. The 5-course tasting menu features an array of dishes for the price of $55, inspired by the diverse culinary regions throughout France – from Lyon, to Provence.
