FONTAINEBLEAU MIAMI BEACH TO HOST CELLAR 1954 WINE DINNERS

To pay homage to the hotels opening in 1954, Fontainebleau Miami Beach will host a trio of Cellar 1954 Wine Dinners. These exclusive dinners will pair the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with the award-winning cuisine of Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s signature restaurants. The 2019 series will kick-off with a lavish dinner on Tuesday, May 7 at Hakkasan at 7PM featuring Lingua Franca Wines from Oregon led by Master Sommelier Larry Stone and priced at $200 per person inclusive. The second dinner of the series will once again take place at Hakkasan on Wednesday, May 15 at 7PM and will feature Gaston Chiquet and Pierre Gimmonet Gastronome Champagnes priced at $210 per person inclusive. Both dinners will feature extensive four-course menus highlighting the restaurants expertise and innovation of traditional Cantonese cuisine. The third dinner will take place at StripSteak by Michael Mina on Thursday, May 30 at 7PM and will feature a four-course dinner paired with Memento Mori Napa Valley Cabernet and led by Proprietor Adam Craun priced at $225 per person inclusive. The pairings will enhance the array of delectable menu items which will feature dishes from both land and sea.
