Wine by the Bay presents a Penfolds Wine Tasting event with special guest, DLynn Proctor, Penfolds Wine Ambassador. Proctor is notably recognized for his role in the Samuel Goldwyn Film’s SOMM Documentary Film. Guests will taste: Penfolds Grange 2009; St Henri Shiraz 2010; Bin 389, 2011 vintage; Bin 407, 2011 vintage; Bin 28, 2010 vintage; Bin 311 Chardonnay; Bin 51 Riesling; Bin 8 Shiraz/ Cabernet; Bin 9 Cabernet; and Bin 138 GSM. Wines will be paired with a selection of food bites by Chef Daniele Cosmo of CielGourmet.
