Experience an Exclusive Masterclass with Chotto Matte’s Executive Chef Jordan Sclare

On behalf of Chotto Matte, NZR Group’s newly opened Peruvian-Japanese import on Lincoln Road, and the brand’s first U.S. location — we are pleased to announce that its Founder Kurt Zdesar and Group Executive Chef Jordan Sclare, are coming to town for an exclusive Nikkei-inspired Masterclass.
The intimate three-hour culinary journey will take place on Wednesday, August 1 at 7:00 pm. The evening is priced at $150 per person which will include a masterclass given byChef Jordan and Chotto’s head sushi chef. Each guest will get involved in rolling their very own Maki Sushi Roll selecting their preferred fillings. The masterclass will be followed by 10 sensational Nikkei dishes paired with Peruvian Pisco Sours, Japanese Sake cocktails and fine wine. Learn how to roll sushi like a pro before hearing from the masters of Nikkei cuisine about the heritage and exciting inspirations of Chotto Matte – which is quickly becoming an international phenomenon!
