Trying to poke around in silent and extended literary voices, two women are found almost inadvertently.
Two poets look beyond their generations and cities.
Bound by the immense weight of circumstances the poets share this collective fracture isolation, be weighed to another environment, to violate in any way the distance, making their own islands within the poem and surviving the particular destiny to change history.
History and body are one and the two are an immense poem.
And the country … invented? still writing the act of returning to the origin, if possible, an origin to define the posthumous subject we are.
Maria Elena Díaz Hernández Caballero and Lleny Díaz Valdivia
Two geographically distant voices, different cultures and times of our diaspora, united by a common thread; the word as limit and urgency, as irony necessary to understand the self. The poets converge to a search center ensuring the balance between the national and the universal.
