The night will begin with a welcome reception and take you on a journey through the prestigious regions of Rueda & Ribera del Duero. Guests will enjoy a six-course wine pairing dinner curated by Ross Jansen, Habitat’s Chef de Cuisine, inspired by the vibrant Verdejo grape varietal from the Rueda region and the noble Tempranillo grape varietal from the Ribera del Duero region in Spain.
