Kitchen 305, located in the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort, is teaming up with celebrity chef Robyn Almodovar to spice up Thursday nights in South Florida. The Food Network-renowned chef will host a pop up dinner series, called Supper Club Thursdays, for eight weeks starting July 23rd and ending September 10th at Kitchen 305.
Almodovar will design and prepare a new three-course meal for guests to experience each Thursday. In addition to taking over the kitchen, Almodovar will unveil a specialty lounge area complete with its own paired hors d’oeuvre and cocktail menu.
The lounge menu will include signature dishes such as Frito Misto, root vegetables, mixed seafood, Sunday’s gravy and lemon aioli; Porcini Mushroom Risotto Balls, Pecorino Romano and pomodoro sauce; Marinated Black Cod, sweet pea and lava beans, red onion jam and charred pearl onions; Fried Polenta, short rib chili, crispy kale and pepperoncino crème; and Eggplant Caviar, served with homemade lentil chips.
