Celebrate Peruvian Independence Day at SuViche

¡Viva Peru! SuViche will celebrate its Peruvian Heritage from Monday, July 23 through Saturday, July 28 with food and drink specials in honor of National Pisco Day in Peru (July 22) and Peruvian Independence Day (July 28.) The special deals kick-off on Monday, July 23 when guests can purchase a specially made Sudado De Mariscos. This classic Peruvian seafood stew, made with wild-caught fish, shrimp, octopus, calamari green onions and a savory seafood, is only available from Monday, July 23 through Saturday, July 28.
SuViche is also giving guests the opportunity to enter to win a private cooking class for two with SuViche’s talented and charismatic Chef Alvaro Machado. The lucky winners will learn how to make a perfect a sushi roll, tasty ceviche and classic Peruvian dishes. Guest can enter to win from now until Saturday, July 28.
For Peruvian Independence Day on Saturday, July 28, guests can sip and savor with Buy One, Get One Free deals on Pisco Sours all-day at all SuViche’s Pisco Bar locations (Las Olas and Wynwood.) Guests can choose from any of the in-house-made macerados, flavorful fruit & herb infusions, including flavors like Tai Chili, Lychee, Passion fruit, and Gummy Bear.
Peruvian Independence Day is celebrated on July 28 and commemorates the liberation of Peru from Spain by José de San Martin. The following day, July 29, celebrates the establishment of the Republic of Perú. Together these two days are called Las Fiestas Patrias, and are by far the most important national holidays in Peru.
