LOBA and Concrete Beach Brewery are teaming up for a post-Blocktoberfest Sunday brunch! LOBA will be cooking up three brunch courses, each paired with a pint of Concrete Beach beer, all for $39.99. LOBA restaurant, located in Miami’s MiMo District, offers local, farm-to-table and market driven menu influenced by rustic, Latin and Southern country cooking. Course 1: Avocado Toast paired with Cream Ale: grilled artisan sourdough, mashed & sliced avocado, crushed red pepper flakes and sea salt
Course 2: Southern Benedict & Ring of Fire Sampler paired with Rica IPA: braised brisket, poached egg, salsa verde hollandaise, open-faced buttermilk biscuit and a sweet potato waffle, jamon serrano, Spanish fried chicken, chipotle butter, Vermont maple syrup
Course 3: Curious George paired with the Rye Porter: banana bread french toast, nutella, peanut butter, candied bacon
