whisker filled, weeklong event of cat-astrophic proportions featuring an exhibition of purr-fectly Bad Cat Art, The Man’s Multi-Colored Post-It Movie Cat Wall, a CATWANG Photo Booth, a very special appearance by Miss Gremlin De La Bushes and all her nine lives, works by Cat Del Buono, Diana Leidel, Antonia Catherine, plus an amazing, stupend
ous, “I must-have that sh*t” Pop Cultural Tchotchkes Sale.
Also, sandwiched between the beautiful and the grotesque, ELASTIC MINDS is a hearty serving of art, music,
movement and audience agitation…ugh participation.

Introducing:
SeaMeadow by Lily Baldwin SeaMeadow (short listed for the Academy Awards) reinvents the thriller genre using dance, gestures and pop mashups to investigate themes of identity,
mortality and memory.
Pussy Grotto: the North American House Cat in its natural environment by Cara Despain a video work exploring animal populations in different urban environments and
how they parallel the human condition.
A serious presentation on What Cute Can Do For You (and what it can’t): A Lecture on the Functionality of Cute by cute expert Micol Hebron followed by supplemental
ruminations featuring Breadhead Cat Cara Despain.
Deflection by Melanie Abramov is an installation that explores the intersection of sexual
attraction and beauty.
Pioneer Winter in A Proper Marriage/My Eyes Move You comments on the perceived co-
dependence of music and movement.
Score Your Night an interactive film and music event in which audience members pick the
genre and musicians score short films in real time.
ARTCYCLE Bike Tour and Sculptures and free bike valet.
