Chef Vladimir Blanes to curate a five-course menu to be paired with wines from the Hernandez family vineyards located off the Maipo River in central Chile

The Biltmore invites tastemakers on a delectable culinary journey while savoring award-winning wines from Chile’s renowned RH Esencia de Vida Portal Wines. Chef Vladimir Blanes has curated a five-course dinner that pairs perfectly with the experiences, quality, and heritage of wines from the Hernandez Family winery that will make you feel like you are sitting on the south bank of the Maipo River in central Chile, admiring the Andean scenery.

The family-owned winery has been in the Hernandez family for four generations. Vida Portal Wines (Portal Wines) continues this legacy under the leadership of Rodrigo Hernandez. One of Chile’s most prominent wine-producing regions is Maipo Valley. Maipo Valley, located just south of Santiago, Chile’s capital, is home to some of the country’s most distinguished wines. It’s commonly referred to as the ‘Bordeaux of South America,’ and Cabernet Sauvignon is unquestionably its most well-known wine style.

General admission is $95 and member tickets are $75, excluding tax and gratuity.
