For one week this fall, the Miami Short Film Festival (a.k.a. MsFF) will showcase 55 short films vetted from among over 800 submissions from around the world. The films are organized thematically and special events include film screenings, Q&A’s with filmmakers and cast members, opening and closing celebrations, and a red carpet premiere on Monday, November 2nd at Cinépolis Coconut Grove. Also noteworthy is a strong showing from 6 Miami filmmakers. MsFF has run since 2002 and is a dedicated contributor to the cultural arts, economy, and education of Miami-Dade County.
