Miami’s own female synth-pop duo, The State Of is back with a FRIENDSGIVING celebration at Churchills on Saturday, November 29th. They also bring a heavy dose of support from notable local live acts such as Afrobeta, PHAXAS, Cog Nomen and Bonnie Riot, along with DJs Heather Holiday and Dane. The lineup provides a blend of musical flavors, from Afrobeta’s funky synths to the ambient rock sounds of Cog Nomen to the post-techno IDM from PHAXAS and the synth-eletro pop of The State Of to the electro-rock of Bonnie Riot.
